Yantai Huachuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. will showcase three core pieces of equipment, helping to revolutionize photoelectric technology:

Vacuum reﬂow oven：The equipment is widely used in packaging of advanced devices, including high-power semiconductor laser, optical communication semiconductor laser, Lidar device, TR component, hybrid circuit, discrete device, MEMS device, IGBT, high-power LED, infrared device, etc.

De-lidder：The de-lidder is used for the devices with square metal lids, such as photoelectric device, hybrid circuit device, optical commu- nication device, quartz-crystal oscillator and so on. De-lidding is non-destructive, and the de-lidder can be used for re-sealing of the lid after rework.

Parallel Seam Sealing System：The parallel seam sealing system is the high performance and specialized equipment for sealing metal and ceramic hermetic base. By vacuum baking and the sealing process in the glove box, the low water vapor and low oxygen content in the base after sealing can be eﬀectively reduced and maintained, meeting the use requirements of long life, high performance and high reliability of electronic devices in harsh environments.
